Where We Invest

Sunny Norfolk & the Broads

Britannia Assets is a small family-run business with a great vision and big ideas. Based in Norfolk, in the East of England, we largely invest in this area.

Focusing on investing where we live has allowed us to build up great knowledge of the local property market and a wide-reaching property network, spanning the whole of the UK.

Who We Are

We are Paulo and Rui Pereira, brothers and co-owners of Britannia Assets Ltd. We are full time property investors based in Sunny Norfolk in the heart of East Anglia, dedicated to providing property investment solutions. We work alongside our investors who wish to build wealth through property and often lack the time or perhaps even knowledge to do so themselves.

We individually own and operate several businesses in Norfolk, with an extensive background in Engineering and Manufacturing, Architecture, Graphic Design and Marketing. Together, our combined skillsets have allowed the property plans we created several years ago to be brought into fruition, with Britannia Assets being founded in 2019. 

Britannia Assets prides itself on our wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of Property Development and Project Management as well as our ability to build a trusted trade team to ensure projects are completed to a very high standard and quality finish. 

Regardless of whether you are a first time investor or have a portfolio, our aim is to help investors create wealth through passive income, providing them with a choice of property for all budgets, enabling them to build a future where they reach their ideal lifestyle and financial goals.
